Cambio o adici\u00f3n de nuevas im\u00e1genes y textos, y lo que el cliente solicite. Siempre utilizando la informaci\u00f3n en texto e im\u00e1genes que el cliente provea, <br \/>Una vez el prestador del servicio(Master de iPcontrol.cl) reciba el 100% de la informaci\u00f3n, se procede a la designaci\u00f3n\u00a0del Webmaster para atender la actualizaci\u00f3n del sitio web del cliente, en plazo previamente acordado de mutuo entre el cliente\/solicitante y el Master de iPcontrol.cl quien atiende la solicitud.<br \/><br \/><b>Una vez terminada la actualizaci\u00f3n<\/b>, el cliente\/solicitante debe responder aceptando u objetando la actualizaci\u00f3n, En el caso de transcurridos 5 d\u00edas de corrido sin recibir comentario o visto bueno (v\/b) o desaprobaci\u00f3n del trabajo ya realizado, se entender\u00e1 que el cliente\/solicitante no tiene nada que aportar u objetar al trabajo ya realizado de actualizaci\u00f3n de su sitio web, y acepta la actualizaci\u00f3n, y si al siguiente dia\u00a0pasado el plazo de 5 d\u00edas, primariamente el sitio web del cliente queda desactivado, en remanencia, procedi\u00e9ndose al proceso del periodo del pago del servicio realizado, adem\u00e1s de la emisi\u00f3n del documento tributario v\u00e1lido en el Servicio de Impuestos Internos SII de Chile, sea boleta de honorarios as\u00ed como factura si fuera el caso.<\/p>\n<p><br \/><b>Corresponde el pago v\u00eda transferencia en plazo no m\u00e1s de 30 d\u00edas<\/b> contados desde la emisi\u00f3n del documento tributario y avisado al receptor\/solicitante v\u00eda e-mail generado en el sitio web del SII Chile, m\u00e1s la \u00faltima comunicaci\u00f3n anterior por cualquier v\u00eda, sea Whatsapp (para respaldo), email, v\u00eda tel\u00e9fono, con el cliente que ha solicitado el servicio de actualizaci\u00f3n de su sitio web y solo para efectos y argumentos estad\u00edsticos y tiempos de respuesta mutuos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b><i>En el caso de reiteraciones y faltas, el \u00fanico canal abierto es <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-size: large;\">ip(a)ipcontrol.cl <\/span><b><i>para comunicar su parecer o consultas, los clientes activos, v\u00eda tickets,<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"gmail_quote\">En el caso de que el cliente se encuentre in-ubicable\/no responde, m\u00e1s de 10 d\u00edas contados desde la publicaci\u00f3n en Internet de la actualizacion web y notificada, se procede a congelar la cuenta del cliente autom\u00e1ticamente por programaci\u00f3n de sistema, en referencia a la fecha de notificacion al cliente\/solicitante, al referir con la Base de Datos\/Ranking del sistema contable de iPcontrol.cl, que el servicio no ha sido pagado y pese a los avisos pertinentes \/sin respuesta, siempre siguiendo las leyes vigentes referentes a privacidad de datos,\u00a0 y al plazo de 30 dias generada la boleta\/factura correspondiente, procede dar de baja al servicio por grave infracci\u00f3n y falta de honestidad, en clara acci\u00f3n e intenci\u00f3n de dilaci\u00f3n del cierre del negocio por parte del solicitante del servicio, e indiferencia posterior o nulas respuestas a intentos de comunicacion con el cliente\/solicitante quedando registrado estadisticamente catalogados por el sistema en bajo ranking. <i>No hostigamos a nadie, este es un sistema basado en ranking.<\/i><\/blockquote>\n<p><br \/><i>iPcontrol.cl se reserva el derecho de admisi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Ud. ha aceptado los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones detallados en esta secci\u00f3n, al visitar iPcontrol.cl o en el proceso de
